Tracy Balistreri

Tracy Balistreri is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in event planning, customer service, and community leadership. She served as Chair of the Italian Community Center (ICC) Publicity Committee, where she led digital marketing, publicity strategy, and event promotions.

As Director of Operations for Festa Italiana, Tracy oversaw logistics, publicity, vendors, entertainment, and volunteer coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and participants. She also served as a Board Member for United Ethnic Festivals, collaborating with Milwaukee’s cultural organizations to enhance and promote community festivals.

For more than 20 years, Tracy built a loyal clientele as a Master Nail Artist and Skincare Specialist, managing all aspects of customer service, sales, and digital marketing for her independent practice. She is also a licensed Manicuring and Aesthetics Instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College, training students in technical skills, safety & sanitation, client relations, and business development.
