Kristin Houte

Kristin Houte is an Account Executive with a strong background in healthcare leadership and organizational management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, Il.

Kristin brings over 15 years of leadership experience from Wisconsin’s largest healthcare system, where she specialized in healthcare operations, project management, and strategic planning. Her extensive experience leading complex initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders has shaped her results-driven and relationship-focused approach.

Currently, Kristin represents three associations as an Account Executive at WAM, where she leverages her healthcare expertise and strategic insight to support organizational growth and member success.

Outside of her professional role, Kristin enjoys traveling—especially exploring national parks with her family. She is an active volunteer in her local community, generously sharing her time and talents within the school district and various youth sports programs.
