Services include:
- Serve as the association’s professional staff and primary point of contact, providing professional customer service to members and stakeholders
- Partner with the Board and committees to execute strategic and operational goals
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, governance materials, and reports
- Manage nominations, elections, and member voting processes
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on the association’s behalf
- Maintain official association records and documentation
- Oversee website updates and general office operations
- Provide responsive customer service to members and stakeholders
